Yard Sale

Palmer, Hank, Aunt Caroline, & Web (along with Pops and Mimi)
worked so hard to help us get everything set up!
The boys provided the "security" for us this weekend!
We could not have done it without our family! Y'all are the best! :)

THANK YOU
THANK YOU
THANK YOU
to all of our family, friends, and neighbors who helped make our fundraiser yard sale a huge success!!!

I was amazed when I added up the money. I truly believe the Lord multiplied the money we received in sales and donations, and tonight I am praying that the Lord will multiply His blessings to each of the people who were so generous to open their wallets and give their money and time to help us bring Sophi home!

Every little bit helps!

Every little donation...
Every little item bought...
Every little dollar added up to ONE BIG TOTAL...

By the end of the day we had raised almost $1300!

We are so very, very grateful and excited to see how the Lord is continuing to provide the resources we need to bring our little Sophi home! As the Lord is growing our faith, we know that He is able to do all things, and we continue to stand amazed at His provision and faithfulness!

Our yard sale this weekend reminded me of this verse from Luke 6:38...

Give, and you will receive.
Your gift will return to you in full-
pressed down, shaken together to make room for more,
running over, and poured into your lap.
The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.

I love the commentary on this verse from Priscilla Shirer in The Resolution for Women:

"When you choose to give, He promises you'll have enough - more than you think - filling you back up with even more than you had to begin with. Not just a good measure, not just one that's been pressed down and shaken together - not even one that's fair, equal to what you deserve - but ones that is brimming over, unable to be contained by its recipient."

Thank you all for giving so generously.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord... 2 Pet. 1:2

xoxo
